  ELTOKA was established in Saudi Arabia in 2024 to provide professional business solutions to new entrants to the Saudi Arabian market in addition to supporting established developers, consultants and contractors in strengthening their supply chains.

Since the announcement of the Vision 2030 by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud in 2016, the Kingdom’s property and construction industry has been one of the most vibrant in the world, creating a vast number of opportunities for established local companies and international companies looking to enter the market.

However, this demand has far outstripped the supply which has resulted in strained supply chains for consultants, contractors and suppliers with the majority of clients keen to attract new talent to their projects.
